Bella Red Sauce
for Spaghetti, Manicotti, or Ravioli
2 6-oz. cans tomato paste
3 medium onions, chopped
1 28-oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 28-oz. can diced tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp. Bella Garlique or to taste
2 tsp. salt 
pepper
olive oil
fresh basil, minced (optional)

Bring a large skillet to medium heat and add olive oil.  Saute' onions in olive oil until transparent.  Add tomato paste and fry for 3 minutes.  Add garlic, both cans of tomatoes and 5.25 cups water.  Add Bella Garlique, salt, and pepper to taste.  SImmer for 1 hour or until flavors have melded.  Stir in basil just before serving.
