Buttery Bread Stuffing
4 cups stale bread, torn to pieces
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Post-Modern Poultry
1/4 tsp. pepper
chicken or vegtable stock as needed, warmed
Bring a medium-sized stock pot to temperature over gentle heat and add butter.  When butter is melted, add onion and celery and saute' until tender; add salt, Post-Modern Poultry, and pepper as the vegetables are sauteeing.  Add bread and mix until butter and vegetables are well-distributed.  Add warm stock until the stuffing is soft but not mushy.  Place in slow-cooker and heat until ready to serve.  Enjoy with a roasted turkey or chicken.
