3/4 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
olive oil

2 roma tomatoes, seeded and squeezed to remove excess juice
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 tsp.+ Neo Masala
juice of 1 lime
3 green onions chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese
2 cloves garlic
Saute' shrimp in olive oil and a dusting of salt, pepper, cayenne, and Neo Masala. When just cooked through, mince half of shrimp in food processor and mix with all remaining ingredients (including whole shrimp). Bake at 350 for 25--30 minutes or until thick and bubbly. Serve with toasted pita triangles.
