Fusion Masala Stir Fry
1 lb. chicken, sliced thin
1 lb. frozen mixed Asian vegetables
2 T olive oil
1/2 cup beer, wine, or water
1 T Neo Masala
1/2 cup cream
rice, enough for four

Sauté chicken pieces in oil, allowing them to cook for approximately five minutes.  Add veggies.  Cook for an additional 5 minutes then add liquid—beer will provide a hearty flavor, wine a sweeter flavor—and Neo Masala.  Bring to a simmer and cook until veggies are fork tender.  Add cream.  Cook an additional five minutes.  Serve over rice.
