Foil-Pouched Potatoes
potatoes, sliced thin
olive oil
butter
Kitchen Karma
salt
pepper
yellow onion, sliced thin

Cut a piece of foil large enough to create a pouch around the potatoes; oil the foil.  Add potatoes and drizzle with more olive oil.  Add a few pats of butter, a sprinkling of Kitchen Karma, salt, pepper, and onion.  Pinch foil into package around the potatoes.  Bake on 350 degrees for 40 minutes or place on grill and cook for approximately thirty minutes.  Open pouch and prod with fork to check their tenderness.  I like to cook them until some get crispy and dark golden around the edges.  Be careful to avoid steam burns.
