Meatballs with Bella Garlique
2.5 lb. ground beef
4 oz. tomato sauce
2 eggs
1/2--1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup freshly-grated parmesan cheese
2.5 tbsp. Bella Garlique
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Other recipes needed:
Bella Red Sauce for Spaghetti, Manicotti, or Ravioli
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs.  Add bread crumbs until the mixture reaches a stiff, moldable consistency.  Form a small meatball and bake.  When meatball is cooked through, taste and adjust seasonings as needed.  Form 1.5" diameter balls and place on cookie sheet.  Bake for 25--30 minutes.  When finish, simmer in Bella Red Sauce for 45 minutes.      

Note:  Whenever possible, I grind my beef fresh just before using.
Note: Meatballs and red sauce make a great sandwich on a chewy Italian roll with melted provolone.
