Good Karma Mushroom Sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup white mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. Kitchen Karma
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 cup milk

Over low-medium heat, saute' mushroom, garlic, Kitchen Karma, and pepper in melted butter.  When mushrooms are cooked through, whisk in flour and cook for a few minutes more, stirring constantly, to remove the raw flour taste.  Add milk and bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat; keep stirring.  When the mixture is thick and bubbly, remove from heat and serve with New Bleu Chicken or over sauteed chicken breasts.
