Greens of your choice
Salad toppings of choice (Greek olives, croutons, feta cheese, celery, peppers)
Red wine vinegar
Olive oil
Opa! Opa!
Wash and thoroughly dry greens. Chop greens and add toppings as desired to large bowl with tight-fitting lid. Dress greens in vinegar and olive oil, salt and pepper, and add a sprinkling of Opa! Opa! Lid and shake. Taste greens and adjust seasonings as desired.
