Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. small red potatoes (skin on), chunked
- 1 ½ tbsp. Fusion Provence
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
Directions:
Put all ingredients in ziploc bag and shake. Spread over cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
Note: For a quicker version, pan-fry canned potatoes with this spice combination.
