- Greens of your choice
- Salad toppings of choice (Greek olives, croutons, feta cheese, celery, peppers)
- Red wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Opa! Opa!
Wash and thoroughly dry greens. Chop greens and add toppings as desired to large bowl with tight-fitting lid. Dress greens in vinegar and olive oil, salt and pepper, and add a sprinkling of Opa! Opa! Lid and shake. Taste greens and adjust seasonings as desired.
