Ingredients:
- 4 cups stale bread, torn to pieces
- 1 small onion, chopped
- ½ cup celery, chopped
- ½ cup butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. Post-Modern Poultry
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- chicken or vegetable stock as needed, warmed
Directions:
Bring a medium-sized stock pot to temperature over gentle heat and add butter. When butter is melted, add onion and celery and sauté until tender; add salt, Post-Modern Poultry, and pepper as the vegetables are sauteeing. Add bread and mix until butter and vegetables are well-distributed. Add warm stock until the stuffing is soft but not mushy. Place in slow-cooker and heat until ready to serve. Enjoy with a roasted turkey or chicken.
