Place fries in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil; add Scenic City Sizzle and salt and toss thoroughly to coat. Spread a single layer of fries on a cookie sheet. Give them room so that they brown evenly; bake in batches if needed. Bake fries for 10 minutes; flip and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until fries are soft inside and browned on the outside.
