Ingredients:
- 1 lb. salmon filet
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. The Remedy
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and The Remedy in small bowl. Rub salmon filet–skinned or unskinned–with sesame oil and balsamic vinegar. Next, rub with a generous amount of the sugar-spice mixture. Marinate for 3–4 hours. Filet may be pan-seared, grilled on a panini press, or grilled on a charcoal or gas grill until medium. Seven to eight minutes on a panini grill is ideal.
