Remedy-Crusted Salmon
1 lb. salmon filet
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. The Remedy
Mix brown sugar and The Remedy in small bowl.  Rub salmon filet--skinned or unskinned--with sesame oil and balsamic vinegar.  Next, rub with a generous amount of the sugar-spice mixture.  Marinate for 3--4 hours.  Filet may be pan-seared, grilled on a panini press, or grilled on a charcoal or gas grill until medium.  Seven to eight minutes on a panini grill is ideal.
