1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 cups of leftover roast beef or 1 sirloin tip roast
cooked until rare, cubed
drippings from roasted beef (reserve if possible)
1 lg. can potatoes, cubed
1 1/2 tsp.+ Kitchen Karma, to taste
olive oil
salt
pepper
In large skillet over medium heat, saute' onion and garlic in olive oil until tender; add beef, drippings, and cubed potatoes. Add Kitchen Karma and salt and pepper to taste. Saute' on low until flavors meld. Makes a great hearty breakfast or a nice, casual dinner.
