Alchemy's taken on a new endeavor: brownies. And you'll want to keep a box or three on hand for last-minute dinner parties and late-night cravings. Each mix starts with two full ounces of organic, fair-trade chocolate; full-flavor dark cocoa; and real, ground vanilla. As with our blends, we stick to a whole-ingredient philosophy--no flavor-enhancers, chemical agents, or odd-sounding compounds. And unlike the cakey, crumbly brownies that most mixes produce, Alchemy brownies are deeply fudgey and satisfying. A must to have on hand for holiday entertaining!
