Supernough Stuffing
  (French-Canadian Meat Stuffing)
2 onions, chopped fine
2 lbs. freshly-ground pork
2 lbs. freshly-ground beef
3 tbsp. Post-Modern Poultry
2--3 large potatoes, boiled and mashed roughly
bread crumbs
salt
pepper

Saute' onions in olive oil until translucent.  Add pork, beef, Post-Modern Poultry.  When the meats are thoroughly cooked, add salt and pepper to taste.  Add mashed potatoes and enough bread crumbs to absorb any extra liquid.  Serve with turkey dinner or make Supernough Stuffed Peppers .


Note: This is a traditional side for Thanksgiving dinner in my husband's family, but it can also be used to stuff peppers (see Supernough Stuffed Peppers).
