• 2-4 chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • ¼ cup + butter
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 ½ tsp. The Alchemy LP
  • 4-5 basil leaves, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When oven is close to temperature, insert baking dish with butter. While the butter is melting, remove all skin from chicken breasts. Mix flour, The Alchemy LP, and basil leaves in a small bowl or ziploc bag. Coat chicken in flour mixture. When butter is melted, carefully remove the pan from the oven and lay chicken breasts in a single layer. Bake in preheated oven, flipping once. Deboned breasts should cook 40 minutes; bone-in chicken should take one hour. Just before removing chicken from oven (5-7 minutes remaining), place butter pats on tops of breasts; this will ensure a crispy crust. Serve with broccoli, garlic mashed potatoes, and Basil-Butter Sauce.
