• 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. Kitchen Karma
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • ¾ cup milk


Over low-medium heat, sauté mushroom, garlic, Kitchen Karma, and pepper in melted butter. When mushrooms are cooked through, whisk in flour and cook for a few minutes more, stirring constantly, to remove the raw flour taste. Add milk and bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat; keep stirring. When the mixture is thick and bubbly, remove from heat and serve with New Bleu Chicken or over sautéed chicken breasts.
