• 2.5 lb. ground beef
  • 4 oz. tomato sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • ½–1 cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup freshly-grated parmesan cheese
  • 2.5 tbsp. Bella Garlique
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Add bread crumbs until the mixture reaches a stiff, moldable consistency. Form a small meatball and bake. When meatball is cooked through, taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Form 1.5″ diameter balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes. When finish, simmer in Bella Red Sauce for 45 minutes.

Note: Whenever possible, I grind my beef fresh just before using.
