• 2 boneless chicken breasts, butterflied, split, and pounded thin (4 pieces at finish)
  • 2 tsp. Kitchen Karma
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp. white mushrooms, sliced thin
  • 4 thin slices of swiss cheese or 2 oz. feta cheese
  • 4 thin slices of black forest ham
  • 20 sheets of phyllo
  • 1/3 cup butter

Liberally sprinkle each chicken breast with Kitchen Karma and black pepper. Layer each with a few slices of mushroom, one slice of swiss or feta, and one slice of ham and roll. Set aside. Layer four sheets of phyllo, buttering between each with pastry brush,–work one at a time and keep unused phyllo covered with towel while not in use–and roll one chicken bundle inside, being sure to turn the phyllo sides in after first roll. Slash tops. Place pouches, seam side down, in shallow baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, until crisp and golden brown. Serve with Good Karma Mushroom Sauce and authentic wild rice.
