Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. small red potatoes (skin on), chunked
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Fusion Provence
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper

Directions:

Put all ingredients in ziploc bag and shake. Spread over cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
