- Sweet potatoes, sliced thin
- Oil for frying
- The Remedy
Heat thick-bottomed (preferably cast iron) pan over medium-low heat. Add enough oil to cover bottom of pan and wait for oil to shimmer. Add sweet potatoes and generous sprinkling of The Remedy . Fry until potatoes are crisp. Add additional seasoning as needed.
You may also deep fry sweet potatoes. If you choose to, add Remedy immediately after removing chips from oil.
