• 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 cups of leftover roast beef or 1 sirloin tip roast cooked until rare, cubed drippings from roasted beef (reserve if possible)
  • 1 lg. can potatoes, cubed
  • 1 ½ tsp.+ Kitchen Karma, to taste
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper


In large skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until tender; add beef, drippings, and cubed potatoes. Add Kitchen Karma and salt and pepper to taste. Sauté on low until flavors meld. Makes a great hearty breakfast or a nice, casual dinner.
