• 8 oz. macaroni
  • 5 oz. Gouda, grated (or whatever combinations of cheese are in your fridge)
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup onion, grated
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T., 1 tsp. flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¾ tsp. Sergeant’s Pepper
  • Additional cheese and panko for top


Cook macaroni as directed on package. In the meantime, whisk cheese, sour cream, eggs, onion, cream, and Worcestershire together. Mix dry ingredients and whisk into wet briskly. Drain macaroni and spread into greased baking dish; use a large 15″x10″ dish if you like it thin and crispy, a 11″X7″ if you like it soft and gooey. Pour cheese mixture over macaroni and mix well. Sprinkle with additional cheese and panko. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.
