• 2 ½–3 lb. chicken, skinned
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Fat Elvis

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When pre-heated, place butter in large 13×9 inch baking dish and insert into oven. In the meantime, mix the flour, salt, and Fat Elvis in a bowl with a tight-fitting lid. Insert the chicken pieces into the bowl–one at a time–and shake to coat. When the butter has melted, remove the hot dish from the oven and insert chicken pieces. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes; turn chicken and cook for 15–30 minutes more (15+ minutes for deboned chicken; 20+ for bone-in pieces).
