This spice blend works with just about anything. I have used it on fish, as part of the breading for pan fried chicken, and sprinkled as a garnish on eggs and grilled cheese sandwiches. Love this blend.

It checks all the boxes on what you would expect of from Alchemy- well ground and blended spices that create a wonderful flavor profile. Whatever kind of magic they employ to make this stuff is a winner in my book. After living in SW Florida for many years, and being exposed to so many different techniques and methods to make authentic grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken, this spice blend hits the mark. I mix it with some neutral cooking oil to make a paste and slather it all over chicken and let it marinate overnight before grilling. Serve with Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce and some rice/beans and you will have a memorable meal. Well done, Alchemy Team!
