4 cups cubed dry bread
4 cups crumbed dry cornbread
1 small yellow onion, finely diced
2 inner stalks celery with leaves, finely diced
1 stick salted butter
1 Tbsp Alchemy Poultry Seasoning
2 cups chicken broth
Heat a large skillet over med-high heat. Melt butter. Add onion and celery, sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender. Add Alchemy Poultry Seasoning and saute additional minute.
In a large bowl, add bread and cornbread. Pour butter and veggie mix over the top. Combine. Add broth and mix well. Transfer to oiled baking dish. Bake at 350 until heated through. Enjoy with a roasted turkey or chicken.
