Devilish Pumpkin Spice Cake
1 Devil’s Food Cake Mix
15 oz can of pumpkin
3 large eggs
1 T Alchemy Breakfast & Baking Blend
1 c chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, blend cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, and Alchemy Breakfast & Baking Blend for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and beat for 2 minutes more. Batter will be thick. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Once cake is cooled, frost with Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
8oz cream cheese, room temp
1 stick butter, room temp
¾ c cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 c confectioner’s sugar, sifted

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Add confectioner’s sugar, one cup at a time. Once combined, increase speed and whip for 90 seconds.
