Soul City Chili
Award Winning Soul City Chili
1 lb smoked sausage, diced*
2 lbs ground beef*
2 cups water
2 15 oz cans kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
3 T Alchemy Chili Blend
½ cup hickory flavored BBQ sauce
¾ cup dry red wine

In a dutch oven or deep skillet, brown ground beef. Add diced sausage. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add Alchemy Chili Blend. Saute for another minute. Add beans, tomatoes, BBQ sauce, and wine. Mix until well combined. Add water and mix until well combined. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

*you can substitute turkey or plant based products.
