A homemade breadsticks recipe with no dough mixing, no kneading, and no rise time required!
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (½ box)
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons Alchemy Mediterranean Blend
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unfold thawed puff pastry onto a piece of parchment paper or silpat (follow box directions on proper thawing procedure). Cut into 12 thin strips. In a small bowl, mix egg white with water. Brush egg mixture onto puff pastry.
Sprinkle pastry strips generously with Alchemy Mediterranean Blend. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Delicious served hot out of the oven or at room temperature. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Crisp in oven prior to serving.
