1 stick butter
1 tsp Alchemy Lemon Pepper
Zest from one lemon (approx 2 tsp)
7-8 basil leaves, finely sliced
In a small saute pan, melt butter over medium high heat. Bring to a boil. Add Alchemy Lemon Pepper, lemon zest, and sliced basil. Whisk together gently. Allow to boil softly for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Spoon sauce over poached or grilled white fish or shellfish, roasted or steamed vegetables.
