Sweet Chili Rub for Poultry or Pork

Whether you are seasoning a pork tenderloin or chicken tenderloins, a pork butt shoulder roast or a whole chicken, this sweet,smoky, and savory spice blend will become a favorite go-to for any pork or poultry cut.  Store in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. 

 

Sweet Chili Rub for Poultry or Pork
2 Tbsp Alchemy Breakfast & Baking Blend
2 Tbsp Alchemy Chili Blend
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Alchemy Himalayan Pink Salt*

Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
Use as a rub on poultry or pork prior to cooking.
*You may substitute any of Alchemy’s gourmet salts for the Himalayan Pink. Flavor profile will change slightly with each one lending it's distinct attribute.
