Everything that you would want in a fajitas. Featuring Alchemy's Blackening Powder, you can substitute most any protein for steak.
Kickin' Steak Fajitas
1 Flank Steak, sliced against the grain, ½ slices
1 tsp minced garlic
1 large yellow onion, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
2 red bell peppers, seeded and sliced
1 Tbsp Alchemy Blackening Powder
2 limes, halved
3-4 Tbsp of oil
Place all ingredients, except for lime halves, into a large bowl or gallon zip lock bag. Squeeze juice from limes onto ingredients. Mix well. Marinate for 20 minutes to overnight.
Heat large skillet over high heat. Add steak mixture and saute for 7-8 minutes until veggies are getting tender. Reduce heat to simmer. Add 3 Tbsp water to pan, cover, and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Serve.
