Lamb Chops
8 lamb chops, about 1 inch thick
2 Tbsp Alchemy Greek Blend
½ tsp Alchemy Himalayan Pink Salt
Bring lamb chops to room temp. Generously season chops with Alchemy Greek Blend and Himalayan Pink Salt.
Heat grill to a medium–high heat. Cook lamb chops for about 2–4 minutes per side.
